191 The Tenant Farmers of the Fitzwilliam Estate County Wicklow.

Between 1847 and 1856,  Lord  Fitzwilliam removed  6,000 men, women and children from his 80,000 acre Coollattin Estate and arranged their passage to Canada.

Most were sent to Quebec to travel onward to settlements in Ontario such as Smith Falls and Peterborough.

One group was sent to St. Andrews, New Brunswick in order that the men would work on a new railway line.
